Authenticity and Growth 

Sometimes people come into therapy because they are not feeling good about themselves. They may not have a “reason” or “event” but want to get to know themselves better and improve their overall well-being. I describe these feelings as little knocks on the door from within. It’s when something “on the inside” doesn’t seem to match up with something “on the outside.” Together we can work in getting to know the desires, dreams, worries and fears of your whole self, inviting each part of yourself to be on the road of your personal growth.
